I took it to the Omega service centre who pointed out that the valve was open (I had no idea - I never touch the valve as I don't dive). A good ten years ago, I had a few challenges with a Planet Ocean that involved a few trips to Omega. On the last occasion it came back to me, it fogged up like yours. Because it had been back and forth a few times, I asked them to honour the international warranty and replace the watch.I went got river rafting with my seamaster and once I was out of the river my watch had condensation inside. Anyone knows why this happened or how to remove it. It’s condensation. Once it was opened the air in your room entered. If it was humid and the watch was warm from handling it, you sealed it in warm moist air when you closed it up.
