I hit the gym about 6 times a week from work and will keep one of my watches on NATO. My workouts are pretty intense and not once has my watch felt like it's in the way. I just love to wear/bring my watch with me no matter what I'm doing. It's part of the fun relationship we have with these things. Whenever I go to the gym, the Rolex watches stay at home on their Orbita winders. I don't want to wear any accessories or watches in the gym, especially when I'm lifting weights. The gym that I go to has a wall mounted clock anyway so that's pretty convenient for me,.
