Whenever you buy a second hand watch with box and papers you are buying whatever the prior owner had. It sucks, but it's one of the downsides of buying used goods. They should have better prices than those sellers in the TRF as most watches they don’t have Rolex-provided service warranty. I sold my unworn DJ41 and Exp 214270 to them and got huge haircuts for both watches like 15-20% on the retail price. I sold an Omega to Bob's and it was a very pleasant experience.
