You must remove the bezel, remove the insert and then snap it in in the right position. Press the bezel back on the case. Your watchmaker / AD should be able to do this.

Upon handling and inspecting it I noticed the triangle marker on the bezel was a slight bit off from the 12 marker.

The problem with the 120 click design is that you rotate the bezel in one direction until it clicks, but by the time it clicks there's enough backlash in the ratchet that it can still . When I got home, I realized the bezel was slightly misaligned to the left by 0.1 minute. (0.2 bezel click). I tried to live it with it at first but my OCD eventually won and decided to send it in. Bezel insert is slightly out of line, simple fix for any watchmaker that knows Rolex 👍
